§ 01What this site is
Togean.com is an information and inquiry site for travel to the Togean Islands, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. We publish guides, transport information, and a directory of places to stay, and we connect travellers with resorts and operators. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
§ 02No bookings or payments on this site
We are not a booking platform and we don't take payments. When you send an inquiry through this site, we pass it to the relevant resort or operator. Any booking, payment, or agreement you then make is directly between you and them, on their terms. We are not a party to that transaction and aren't responsible for it.
§ 03Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep schedules, prices, and listings accurate — we check them on the ground and date our guides. But the Togeans are remote: ferries change, resorts close for seasons, prices move. Information on this site is provided in good faith but without guarantee. Always confirm critical details (especially transport times) directly with the operator before travelling.
§ 04Travel at your own responsibility
Travel to remote islands carries inherent uncertainty — weather, sea conditions, and schedule changes are part of it. You are responsible for your own travel decisions, insurance, visas, and safety. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from your use of information on this site.
§ 05Using our content
The guides, text, and original photography on this site are ours (or used with permission). You're welcome to link to any page. Don't republish substantial parts of our content without asking — we'll usually say yes to fair use with attribution.
§ 06Acceptable use
Don't use the site to send spam, scrape it aggressively, attempt to break it, or submit false inquiries. We may block access for misuse.
§ 07Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, with the date above updated.
