• Inquiry details. When you send an inquiry about a resort — through a form on this site or by messaging us on WhatsApp — we receive the information you choose to share: typically your name, contact details, travel dates, and your question.
• Basic analytics. We use standard website analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site. This is aggregate information about traffic, not a profile of you.

§ 02How we use it

Inquiry details are used for one thing: answering your inquiry. If your question is about a specific resort, we pass your message and contact details to that resort so they can respond to you directly about availability, rates, and arrangements. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

§ 03Who we share it with

• The resort or operator your inquiry is about, so they can answer you.
• Service providers we use to run the site (hosting, analytics, and messaging tools such as WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy).

We don't process payments on this site. Any booking or payment you arrange happens directly between you and the resort, on whatever terms you agree with them.

The site uses the cookies needed for it to function, plus those set by our analytics. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

If you'd like us to delete an inquiry you sent, or you want to know what information we hold about you, just ask — see the contact page. We'll handle it as quickly as island internet allows.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
