The Cliff is one of the newest properties in the Togeans — nine modern bungalows (36 m², plus a 44 m² family unit for five) set on a clifftop on Malenge Island, each with a king bed, private terrace, ocean view and a modern bathroom. It is one of the few resorts in the archipelago with confirmed 24-hour solar electricity, and free wifi is included; one bungalow category even has air-conditioning, which is genuinely rare here. Rates run Rp 550,000–700,000 per person per night including all three meals and drinking water — Indonesian and Western cooking with daily fresh seafood — with a Rp 100,000 high-season supplement in July–August and half price for children under eight. It operates as a dive resort: fun dives cost Rp 600,000 (dropping to Rp 550,000 from six dives), night dives Rp 700,000, and divers get Rp 50,000 off accommodation per night. House activities include kayaking, snorkeling — 'Reef 5' is about ten minutes away by boat — jellyfish-lake trips and the walk-and-boat trip to the Bajau stilt village on Pulau Papan. The Wamburabura public boat leaves Ampana for Malenge on Mon/Wed/Sat at 09:00 (about Rp 130,000, arriving mid-afternoon), or take the daily Hercules speedboat to Wakai and a charter to the resort (about Rp 800,000 per boat, max 8 people). Coordinate timing with the resort on WhatsApp before you travel.
