Kadidiri Paradise — family-run for around three decades, by its own account — remains the largest operation in the islands: beachfront bungalows in four tiers (Ocean View Standard, Deluxe, Deluxe Plus and an over-water Sea Villa), all fan-cooled with private western bathrooms and verandas. Published rates run Rp 400,000–750,000 per person per night including three meals, with high-season pricing in July–September and December–January. The on-site dive center runs the Kadidiri Marine Park house sites five to ten minutes away plus day trips to Una Una, Malenge and the B-24 'Bomber' wreck area, and teaches courses from Discover Scuba through Divemaster; four-night dive-stay packages start at Rp 5,000,000 per person with six dives. It's about 30 minutes by resort boat from Wakai — arrange pickup by WhatsApp before you travel. The resort has added solar power and Starlink wifi, and re-photographed its rooms in 2025, though recent guest reviews are mixed on upkeep: the location and house reef score highly, while some 2023–24 visitors reported tired bungalows and maintenance issues, with repairs since reported in progress. Big and sociable rather than intimate — the trade-off for being the most organised operation on Kadidiri.
