Black Marlin calls itself the original dive centre in the Togean Islands — a PADI and SSI operation on Kadidiri that, by its own account, has been running for over twenty years, with three boat departures a day, small groups (max six per guide), and regular day trips to the volcanic walls of Una Una. Around 20 fan-cooled bungalows sit a few steps from the water, in four classes from simple economy rooms to hillside villas with panoramic terraces; all published rates are per person and include three meals a day. Power runs evenings only (roughly 17:30–23:30) and there's no wifi — Telkomsel signal reaches the island. The diving and the dive crew earn consistently good reviews; the rooms are more mixed, with recent guests noting dated maintenance — worth knowing if you're coming for a beach stay rather than a dive trip. PADI and SSI dive centre with boats out at 8:00, 10:30 and 14:30 plus a 19:00 night dive; max 6 divers per guide and oxygen on all speedboats. Most sites are within ~10 minutes of Kadidiri, with Una Una day trips including a beach lunch. Last published prices (2023 — confirm current): fun dive Rp 500,000, night dive Rp 580,000 including equipment, with multi-dive discounts from the fifth dive; courses from Discover Scuba (Rp 850k) to Open Water (Rp 5.4M SSI / Rp 5.9M PADI) and Divemaster (Rp 11.5M).
